Tara’s passion is to create successful careers in the hospitality industry, particularly for youth and young adults.
From the first shift Tara ever worked at the young age of 12 years old, she fell in love with the industry. However, she was never given the encouragement or support she needed to really strive for a career in hospitality. If Tara had a mentor to help steer her into pursuing her passion as a career, she would have made a start much earlier than she did.
Tara wants to see the industry treated with the respect it deserves and to be taken seriously by those both in and out of the industry.
People should know that there is so much room for success in the industry if you want it and have the right people around you to help you achieve it.
