ABOUT TARA
I’m the founder of Meraki Group, a hospitality collective behind some of the Central Coast’s most recognisable and culture-driven venues.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve launched, led, and grown multiple brands across the region. Each one has been built from the ground up with purpose, clear identity, and a deep commitment to creating spaces that leave an impact - not just for guests, but for the teams behind them.
I haven’t followed a traditional path. Everything I’ve learned, I learned by doing. Through trial, failure, reinvention, and persistence. That lived experience shapes how I lead, how I support others, and how I continue to show up in this industry.
I’m passionate about creating real career pathways in hospitality, mentoring future leaders, and shifting the way this industry sees itself. This isn’t a stop-gap industry. It’s a place to grow, to lead, and to build something meaningful.
